Wave Tube

Wavetube is the special router to let optic fiber and other non-metal cable passthough RF shielding cage, offer the router and not effect RF shielding performance. HMEMC design and manufactuer a lot of different structure wavetube base on the cable details. The following photos are those tube we do already, if you have special design or requirment, we could do it for you too.


Two unit seperate Waveguide Tube
The waveguide tube is the special designed  tube for optic fibre enter into the RF shielding room or chamber. With the two half parts design, it is very easy to fit the optic fibre into the tube. The length and hole diameter is calculated carefully, there is a good performance under the 40GHz Frequency. It is available to work with the other shielding frequency spots.

As common condition, the CATEGORY 5 LAN line is forbidden to connect into the shielding room or enclosure. It will affect the shielding room or enclosure performance deeply. The WaveGuide Tube is a new fitting to fit this condition. With the Optical Fiber to RJ 45 converter and optical fiber, it is available to connect the computer inside the shielding room or enclosure with the outside LAN. There is not affect for the shielding performance.

The waveguide tube's length and diameter is calculated carefully, we can offer different models base on our customer's requirement. The common model's work range is up the 40GHz. We are willing to design and produce any special model as your requirement or sketch.

HM-WT-6 and HM-WT-8 is the 6 routers/8 routers wavetube for optic fiber by one cylinder unit. It offer 6/8 holes as 4mm diameter, there is one special removeable center cylinder, you could remove it then get one big hole as 12mm diameter during the fiber connector passthough, then you could assemble the center cylinder back and final cell hole diameter only 4mm.
